I’m supporting PWPvideo as an Executive Assistant through summer 2023 before starting my master of social work degree at Temple. Working at PWPvideo is a fitting capstone to my pre-MSW career, which I’ve spent working in communications & development at a domestic violence shelter nonprofit and then as an executive assistant & operations manager for tech companies in robotics & 3D printing.
In a given day, in addition to processing receipts, taking meeting notes, helping set daily project goals, and updating our CRM, I might play a few games of calendar Tetris, write and design an events newsletter, untangle a knotty email thread, and shop for the perfect replacement clipboard for on-set organization. I love knowing that each task I complete helps my colleagues actualize their technical & creative vision for clients who are actively working to make the world a better place.
I’m a graduate of Wellesley College with a major in history – a specialization that trained me to quickly review a bursting email inbox and figure out the major “plot points” of today’s installment of the PWPvideo story. I’m also a bike commuter, hobbyist costume designer, political organizer, and cat stepparent.
