Breweries and distilleries have been popping up all over the place. We were very psyched to work with Laura and Todd Lacy on this video for their startup, Attic Brewing Company. Laura and Todd combine their passion for brewing great beer with a love of our Germantown community and a socially and environmentally responsible business plan.

During the hard work of making marriage equality the law of the land, ACLU PA asked PWP to capture the heart wrending story of Mary Beth and Maureen as they confronted Mary Beth’s terminal illness. The video was entered into evidence in Whitewood V. Wolf.
History is everywhere in Philadelphia. Our Historic Germantown neighborhood played a major role in the Revolutionary War and the founding of the nation. Stenton, the home of one of Philadelphia’s earliest settlers, is preserved by The National Society of The Colonial Dames of America in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to educate visitors about life in colonial America. This Dubai, UAE based investment company brought our crew to their headquarters as well as many other key locations, including London, Boston, New York, and Philadelphia. Our Producers sent a Director and Cinematographer to all locations for consistency, and then sourced local crews from our deep networks.
Music videos are a departure from PWP’s usual repertoire, but this is more proof that you can tell a story in any medium with any subject. What better storytelling fusion than film, music and dance. In a collaboration with Andrea Kramer and Ballet Forte, we produced this piece as a contest entry coordinated by the band. We didn’t win, but we are incredibly proud of the end result.

In this video we profile Benton Foundry, Inc., a producer of high quality cast iron in upstate Pennsylvania. Benton has adopted a wide variety of sustainable business practices to greatly reduce their operating costs and environmental impact.

This video in particular focused on the Energy Coordinating Agency’s (ECA) energy fit Philly contest, where block captains could apply to have houses on their block retrofitted with modern energy saving appliances free of charge. We focused on two residents of the block, Priscilla Johnson (block captain) and Wanda Molina.
